Owner

Stacey McCool has spent more than twenty years helping clients reinvigorate their technology staff. Stacey provides highly effective talent that not only possess the technical skills needed but also the soft skills and personality fit. Her ability to bring talent to her clients allows them to close their technology skill gaps and achieve their business and technology goals.

She studied literature, history and education at the University of Texas at Arlington. Stacey is a Board Member for Paws in the City

Project Examples

We have developed large multi-week training courses for a Fortune 50 software firm that included web-based training, ILT Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, Auto Insurance Quotes, Lab Exercises, and Job Aides for customer service representatives, financial advisors, and payroll experts.

Our consultants designed, developed and delivered a 5 day custom training class for Siebel users.

For a large financial services firm, our consultants delivered templates for web-based training, job aides, and instructor led training. Templates were then used for a co-development effort for leadership training, technical training and product training.
